UPDATE 01/24/11 Well folks, it seems I jumped the gun a little bit. Thus is the ever-changing world of social media. What was true yesterday, is no longer true today. Facebook remarked that there was a bug they were fixing. Rather than have people experience the bug themselves when clicking “Suggest to Friends” they simply removed it.
