BitsyWords loves you, even though we don’t know you yet. We will spend personal one-on-one time with you in order to permeate your beautiful, mushy brain and extract all of its pink, gooey goodness. After effectively analyzing your thought waves, we then mold them into yummy money making strategies. We understand how frustrating it is when communication is lacking, especially when it comes to something as important as your marketing strategy. It’s infuriating, scary, and a big turn off.

Here are just some of the ways we won’t go silent on you:

We are not namless and faceless.

BitsyWords is purposely kept small in order to give face time to clients. This doesn’t necessarily mean we need to be right there with you, but we will call you up on the phone, chat with you on Skype and even send messages by courier pigeon if you so wish. If you are local, we will meet with you in person. Point being, we aren’t just going to send emails back and forth and call that consultation.

You can annoy the hell out of us.

Of course we hope that isn’t your sole intention. But, if you need to call us up outside of normal business hours we can accomodate you. If your schedule only permits you to speak early in the morning or at 8PM, we can work with you. If you prefer meeting for three hours, it’ll be our pleasure. BitsyWords provides each client with a hefty amount of consultation hours. When those hours take place is incredibly flexible. We go out of our way to make sure communication is flawless and to your satisfaction.

Respect

It’s the job of BitsyWords to pick your brain and understand not only who you are, but what the soul of your business is. We can’t do this without an honest-to-god respect for you, your idea, and your business. You are not just a pay check, you are a living, breathing person with a powerful idea and a strong love for your business. You will never be disrespected. You will never be left feeling as though you’re unimportant.
